Looks pleasant on the outside, but the inside is old, outdated and has "the nursing home odor." My biggest complaints are that they kept my loved one, who has her wits very much about her, on a locked floor. They also put her in diapers (never incontinent in her life) so that they didn't have to take her to the bathroom since following a hospital stay she was unable to walk. We moved her to a beautiful facility this week. Don't send your loved one here!
