Don't put your love ones there. The DON is a nut job. When problems arise she tells the family members that something will be done. After the family leaves I guess she forgets what she told them. The heads are just there for show. When they see family members they will smile and act like they all loving then as you leave if someone ask to go to the bathroom they walk right pass them. smh

They seem very understaffed, and do have many part-time nurses and some are great whilst others seem very flustered to help. The RN in charge of Medicare is not very caring and does not take the time to review doctors notes before deciding to discharge a patient under Medicare coverage. Still deciding if this place is a "best kept" secret as some put it.
