Always have been very warm and wonderful with my grandmother. Everyone, from the receptionist to the nurses, treat the different households like family units. They are good about gently pushing the residents to do more activities - but also when to let them be - and have regular meetings so the residents can offer input to how the households run. Homelike, high quality care. My grandmother was part of the bigger AC community before she needed more care, and it was a relief to her to still be in a familiar community even as she had to go through the grief of leaving her original AC apartment when she needed more intensive care.
