Dirty bad food under staffed and lazy staff Full Review
Staff does not have time/patience with Alzheimers patients. Found totally urine soaked bed in room. Rang call light for help with incontinent patient but no one came in; finally I had to shout out in to the hall for a staff member to come in… Full Review
