My mother entered this facility in April. She is a medicare "inmate." The resident floor I have seen (4th floor medical wing) could probably use an update to the flooring but everything is well lit and clean and there are normally no odors. They have lots of activities, a huge craft room, large chapel, hair salong and barber shop. The best part about Parkhouse is how nice every is who works there - much more than I might have expected. I would rate it 5 stars if it were remodelled.
