Review of Belle Haven Healthcare and Rehabilitation Cen

We took a tour of the facility with the Head Administrator and were appalled. She didn't seem to have any sympathy as to what was going on in our lives or even a clue as to what was going her own facility. She seemed very confused as to the admission process and what charges we would be responsible for, but worse, we overheard her talking to a staff member and she was nasty and had a very condescending attitude. If she treats her staff like dirt we aren't taking a chance that she'll do the same with my mother.
