Very dissatisfied with the cleanliness of the facility. Also discovered that if a resident can't feed themselves, they may as well die because the nurses will not do it. They put the food in front of them and come back to collect it later. We pay for the care of our loved ones but do not get the quality service needed. What goes around, comes around.
