It is a horrible place to put your worst enemy, let alone a family member or loved one. Staff are not respectful to residents and their families, no one wants to take responsibility for what isn't working in the facility, there is a theft problem, and poor upper management over all.

Before placing someone there, go for a visit, and just walk around, talk to the residents, their family members, listen to the conversations of the staff that you pass and see if it is someplace you would want to live.
