Please do your family member and yourself a favor. Don't go anywhere near this facility. They dressed my parent in some other patient's soiled underwear. The food looked rancid and facility is dirty.… Full Review

Absolutely horrific experience! Care in the "skilled" section so poor it bordered on neglect. They paid no attention to nutrition, skin care or basic nursing care. State of PA- PLEASE SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN… Full Review
