Review of Mon Valley Care Center

My Mom fell out of bed several times before they finally gave her a low boy bed. The day before her dismissal, Mom was left on the toilet alone, she fell on the floor. A visitor in the next bed helped her and stayed with her until an aide arrived 10 minutes later. the center was clearly understaffed . there was also long waits before staff would come in after the call button was pressed.
