Where to start… my grandfather has been there. While there with him I noticed how the staff talked down to patients as if they were a piece of garbage. My grandfather needed to go to the bathroom. I couldn't leave his side because he was trying to get up and can't walk so I kept ringing the bell… it took the nurse 30min to bring him to the b.r… his butt was so sore from not being properly moved for hours and from sitting in fecies.. I got there around 230 and left at 930… he was only repositioned once. He was crying from being in pain. I can't help but wonder how these people live with themselves… shame on them…. have some respect for a was veteran/hero of our country. I will be contacting managers/owners/b.b.b/ CEO…. u name it.
