I have been visiting a friend at Milford Senior Care each week for several months. I have noticed that the staff members I have watched working with the residents have been gentle, respectful and kind. Each person is addressed be name and spoken to as if he/she really understands (even when it is pretty obvious they do not) . They must be very special and professional women.
