Not very professional. They need more diverse staff than the foreigners who work there. Not attentive enough, it's taken well over an hour for some patients to even have their call for help responded to. I don't know how they are still operating like that, it's terrible for those who have no options but to go to a place like Chester Valley Nursing Center.
