My sister-in-law was in there recently and this place is terrible, especially care at night. How many times she was left on a bed pan for extended period of time. The food was cold and sometimes the servings were not enough for a 2 year old. A night nurse did not answer her call for 10 minutes when she was in excruciating pain, she had to call her husband on the cell phone for him to come to the facility & when he walked in the nurse was eating a hoagie ignoring the call buttons. This is unacceptable. Most of the day nurses were nice.
The rehab division was excellent.
Someone needs to evaluate the care these patients are getting, especially at night. I would not recommend this home to anyone.
