My Mother was just placed in this facility and believe me it was not our choice!! They brought her in by ambulance from the hospital and pretty much dumped her in a bed and left her, by the time I was done completeing paper work she was in tears dying for a drink of water, no place to get any and no one could help me find her water????? She had no diaper on had to go to the bathroom and no one responded to her call button(big joke no one ever responds to it), I finally went to get her help by then she had gone. They came to clean her up no water to clean her etc. what a joke. Will be doing everything to get her out of this awful place…
