My mom was there for 2 weeks recovering from a bowel infection. At the end of the two week she was sent to the emergency room at Kaiser twice. Once for failing to test her blood in a timely manner resulting in a dangerous spike in her pottasium level. Then after returning for a week she became weaker day by day until finally she was sent back to th ER Suffering from dehydration and malnurishment. Almost lost her that time. Communication between the staff and family members is nearly non exsistant unless extreme measures are taken to get the attention of the administrators and then there are no calls back from them. The staff for the most part are just going through the motions and patients are suffering from neglect, in my moms case this neglect,(from doctors and nursing staff),nearly cost my mom her life. Further review of this facility is seriously warrented so that someone elses loved one does not suffer at the hands of the staff at this facility.
