My dad was here for 3 months. They have a couple of decent CNAs. There are so many employees that don't care at all - and most the nurses don't want to be bothered by any questions or concerns that you may have. The physical therapists are probably the best part of the place. The food is horrible. My dad said he was so tired of being treated like a second class citizen there. It was very sad. I was so happy when we were able to leave. I know that there is a lot of work to do each day - but truly, I've never seen such a lack of respect and compassion for people than I saw here. As a family member, I was treated about the same as my dad. They don't want to be bothered and it shows. If you have a family member here, make sure somebody is keeping an eye on them during their stay. They will need an advocate.
