This place need to be closed . Yes looks can be deceiving.I went to go see a friend and this lady was in her birthday suit . Once I found some one they told me to go to the desk and let some one now. No one was there. So I went around and look for some one it took about twenty minutes until someone came to see what was going on. It was very cold in there and I asked the nurse why was it so cold. They said they shift just started. They just lied to my face because one resident said she been there. They just don't want to do their job. Days later that woman died.
