When you first walk into the facility it is very nice with thier fireplace and decor. There are two sides of the building. The north side is very clean with wooden floors. On the south side its not as nice. Staff seems real polite, but the managers walk with thier noses up in the air. They walk pass call lights while the stna's are over worked and stay busy. If I had a realitve that needed to be sent to a nursing home, I wouldn't suggest this facility. They seem nice, but they aren't effecient.
