Staff uses foul language in front of residents and visitors (shit, bullshit, crap, fuck) Safety issues….letting residents fall asleep with dentures in mouth (happened to my father-in-law, I walked in his room and he was napping and dentures were loose and falling to back of mouth), denture cups not labelled (he has a roommate). Have spoken to director of nursing several times who assured me that this would be taken care of. No improvement. Had call Ombudsman for help. Suggested I talk to administrator. Talked to administrator..still no improvement. Ohio Ombudsman is doing an investigation.
