This place is scary. You can call the nursing staff at 937-384-4300 and get no answer. I called several times and decided to just let it ring for as long as I could to see if it was ever answered. It rang 300 times and not answer. Also they dont do well with making sure rehab patients to normal hygiene like getting them up too brush their teeth. My dad was only given a shower once a week. god forbid your loved one push their nursing button if they need help our just simply need to get to the bathroom. I have been there over the last two months with a family member and the call buttons go off and no one shows up. If have gone out to nurses station several times when this happens and there is always two or three of them sitting around playing on iPhones while the noise tone is going off for patients that need help. This is not an exaggeration. Go see for yourself.
