Newer facility, with experienced senior management and head nurse. Single large rooms, and reasonably good food/choices. Well maintained and clean . The nurse turnover is low (good) , and aides generally fair, with what I guess is usual turnover. In my opinion a little understaffed for what we pay private pay (over 8K month) . The activities director and food service director are outstanding people , and overall most of those staff members that have been there for more than a year are really caring people.
Not as good for dementia patients, but not sure they want that there, many of the people are quiet medical patients.
Medical management is good , but have to stay of top of things , if your loved one has multiple medical problems. For rehab and short stays , the staff is young and energetic and overall is very good. A great place for rehab, better than average for long term care of those that have medical needs.
My mother has multiple medical needs and has been there 1.5 years .
