Our mother is thriving at Bath Creek Estates. Our experience has been totally the opposite to the other review. Our mother is always clean, happy (as one can be in a long term care facility), and there are always staff around, from housekeeping… Full Review

DON non -responsive to family requests for meeting. Nurses do not discipline STNAs for being rude to Residents. Nursing staff overwhelmed with new admits on a daily basis. Supervisors no where to be found. … Full Review
