Review of Lake Pointe Rehabilitation and Nursing Center

This facility is by far one of thee worst places i have ever been to. They kitchen never has food..workers do not take food temps (were told to just write a number down incase state comes and inspects..ecolab has given numerous warnings about this wall and shelf that is completely rotted and is a breeding ground for roaches, said its a health hazard and nothing has been done to fix it yet (they ignore the notices)…management is a joke and will put all blame on employees rather than taking fault..I feel terrible that the residents and kitchen staff esp 2 cooks that have been fired wrongfully..i dont care about the kitchen management cuz they dnt care about them except that salary pay).. I hope somebody comes and shuts it down..and i will keep making those calls until something is done in there.
