Minimal attention to patients. Severely understaffed. Poorly designed equipment which does NOT meet individual patients' needs. Patients at risk for developing additional illnesses and problems because nurses are not familiar with the individual patient diagnosis, medication, or specific care requirements. Patients have problems with either not getting or getting incorrect medication. I wish I would have known any of this. In addition, administrative staff has a carefree attitude toward patients and has not taken family concern for patient seriously at all.
