Not at all happy with the number of available nurses and aides at any given shift. Attitudes and compassion needs a lot of work. My father died while in their care 12/8/09
Nobody seemed to care that my father was actively dying…We ended up demanding that an ambulance be called. He passed away enroute across the street to Southwest er.
would NOT suggest Parkside to anybody.
