This facilitys Administration is very unorganized and very unprofessional. They have brand new nurses trying to do management positions which is not working at all. This facility needs new management and it should become a 5 star facility again.

Those same "new nurses" who were in management in January 2015 are all still there today and doing very well! They have in fact been able to grow in their positions and have helped the facility get back to a 4 star rating. Maybe they were the change that was needed to help turn things around?
Management is doing a very good job in my opinion with multiple changes that they have encountered over the last several years and all management nurses are experienced.
