Stanley total is a very non-welcoming place. I have walked through the facility without a single hello or a "may I help you" or even a smile my way. In fact itfeels as though the employees look at new faces as if they wonder what your doing there. I feel customer service is very important and should be re-thought at this facility.

Many things have changed in terms of staffing since this comment was made in 2012---there were several employees there with bad attitudes who are no longer there and the atmosphere is much more pleasant for everyone…residents, families, visitors, and other employees. Management has been and continues to work very hard on focusing on customer service!
Your right it is really changed alot. It seems like staff are so sad and no one acts like they want to be there.
I agree entirely. It's like no one cares about you I feel things have really changed in the past 2 years. Its a very tense environment. I believe something should be done its wasn't always like this
