Review of Autumn Care of Raeford

If you're thinking about putting a loved on in this facility PLEASE think twice!!!!!!! This place is awful, and I wouldn't leave my dog there. First of all, the CNA's are hateful, and vile. They have the WORST attitudes in the world, and are very neglectful…including the nurses. I had a loved one in Autumn Care of Raeford, and there were several occasions of neglect. I have witnessed these CNA's cursing at paietents, and being just inattentive. I walked in one day, and seen a resident slumped over with her head on the wall. I was unsure if the derly lady was conscious, so I ran and got a CNA. Not to mention her head had lines on it from resting on the wood for so long. I said is she okay, is she breathing her head is on the wood!!! The CNA replied " Oh that's just how she do, she aight". Okay, wow..she aight? Would she be aight if it were your family memeber..uhh no. I was very disgusted with this place, and called the state on them several times.PLEASE do not make a mis-take and put a loved one in this location…PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
