This faciltiy falls short in several areas…..The manner in which patients needs are handled…..When patients have been hospitalized and then return to the home it has been known to take over a week or more before medication is given at the home that has been ordered by the physician for the reason the patient was hospitalized….The manner in which certain employees speak to residents is totally uncalled for….I have found that going to department heads or even the resident complaining is a waste of time so therefore have begun to approach individuals myself. I will not tolerate such behavior from employees. Evidently, they do not take their jobs seriously. I have begun to wonder if background checks and drug testing are actual factors before hiring individuals at this facility. I do have some positive input on many employees that do take their jobs seriously and they do go the extra mile for the patients. Thank God for those individuals. I hope that this facilty never allows me to come in to find my loved one being mistreated because I will definitely call higher authorities to have such individuals removed. I am making my presence known at all times and have other people checking in for me also to make sure things are the way they are suppose to be. Please help my loved one to live a peaceful life while in your care.
