basically clean and shows daily maintenance of premises. Communications definitely need work, between staff and family members, Unfortunately my 92 yr old ailing father was sent to local hosp who transferred him to even another hospital, all without my knowledge until a staff member in last hosp sent sheriff's dept to my home to inform me, This should have been done by the nursing home once their attempts to reach me had failed. Being a disabled senior myself in trying to reach me., along with an alzheimers in my home, a very recent loss of a son, just appears as if better means of communication should have been taken in reaching me.
