In my humble opinion, I think all federal funds should be temporarily suspended due to suspected fraud and neglect on all levels. I give this nursing home a rating of 1 out of 5. Its a shame and disgrace how humans can treat other humans in such a degrading way and get away with it, even though our state health agencies have over-looked such neglect.
