In whole, the facility is very good. The only problems that I have found is that the RNs do not pay close enough attention to residents with minor illnesses. If these were caught in the beginning, then the necessity for a hospital stay would be minimal. If caught early, then medication and bed rest would be sufficient. Also, another problem that I see is with the CNAs. Too many reports of agressive behavior toward patients, tasks not being performed by the CNAs for the residents (nails clipped, shave, bath, etc.) Also, too many reports of personal items of the residents being stolen or destroyed as punishment for reporting the CNAs to management.
