They did things for patient without telling the family. The only time family was was told was when pt. was taken off of meds of meds were added. The office personal tried to get family members to go against what their own family thought was right. Thank God we got our family out of there because they had a fire in trash can over this past weekend. What makes it so bad they have no sprinklers.
