If I had know how long it took to get a bed pan for my loved one she would not have been there. 30min. to 50mins is unacceptable. Also one bath and that was on a Saturday, unless you call wetting one end of a towel and washing her and the other end to dry her a bath..There were no pan of water or soap used. I had to pick her up and transport her to er, because her leg was so infected. Do not take your love one here.
