As I read all five of the first review,, I found myself in each and every one of them.We too was mislead by Presbyterian hospital. We were very unhappy with the care received. Poor bedside manners, understaffed. We were made a lot of promises that were not delievered. And if you dare complain, staff would treat you differently. The only good thing I have to say is,"The building is nice".This place needs to be under deep investigation..
