Facility is dirty, smells like urine. Patients are wheeled to cold, empty central living area and ignored as staff chat at the desk. My family members' (2) doctors' orders were not followed, and my bothfamily members got injured there (separately and at different times), but nobody seemed to know how. Family members of patients MUST be present daily, regularly, to make sure your loved ones are not being neglected. My family members are no longer there, and each time I pass the facility while driving, I still cringe.

We are so sorry that you report a bad experience at our facility. We wish you had brought your concerns to us during your stay. Administration is very responsive to complaints.
I am so sorry your family members had to go through that and i know first hand you are speaking the truth ! I was put into that God forsaken place for rehab after total knee replacement and i would'nt put a dog in there . They did nothing for me rang the nurse bell for 7hrs for pain med then was told by nurse why did'nt you just get in a wheelchair and come to me (REALLY) they never followed doctors orders never cleaned my room or bathroom,i can go on and on ,my heart went out to the people that stay there long time cause no one pays any attention to them you can ring that bell forever and they don't come to help anyone !! I could only hope they shut the place down !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
