Sometimes there is no hot water. When this happens the patients can not even be showered. I have witnessed it. My loved one could no longer propel herself in a manual w/c & we were told the only way she could obtain a motorized w/c would be if she came home & paid out of pocket but with her disability she meets all medicare requirements to obtain one. They did not offer explain of why medicare or medicaid would not provide a w/c she could use because there was No explaining this.

You are sooo right about this. Nobody but a few people actually want to do anything to help there. Horrible place!!!!
I Find this hard to believe, because my family member had the same issue and it was discussed in length by various staff. As far as hot water please get your facts straight. When this happens it is only for a few hours at a time. Thank You
