My Husband has been a resident at the Center since April 2010.I think most facility get a bad rating because family becomes angry and bitter that they have to place someone in a nursing home.We are the ones who knock on there doors so we have a choice to leave if we are not happy.We are very happy with the Center.The staff really puts there hearts into a very hard job.I drive an hour from work to see my husband every day.That alone should tell you how the quality of care is.We all work as a team and everyone at the center has become our extended family.My husband has been my life and world for 24 years.I have no fear or doubts when I walk out those doors that he is not being well taken care of.Yes we have had our issues and mistakes but you correct them and put it behind you.We love our family at the Center.
