Review of Elderwood at Wheatfield

We experienced a hard hit this week. Our father who is a current resident at Crestwood, his meds and care plan were compromised. We are very concerned to say the least. When we spoke to the director of nursing and social worker, the nurse had no answers, no solution, no explanations. She said she would investigate. How did this happen? Isn't it her job to oversee the daily operation of the facility? This type of thing should have been prevented. We are at a loss for words.
