Review of Woodland Pond at New Paltz

While visiting a patient during the summer, I overheard numerous rude comments directed at various patients including our family member. The staff particularly certain nurses seem not to care whether their comments are overheard by family members. The negative attitude must go quite high up in the organization and they feel free to act this way. Rude comments were overheard both during the day and in the evenings. Also, the place is not clean and several patients seem left in uncomfortable positions. Food orders often incorrect. Medication errors were made though none fatal.
