This horrible nursing home contributed to my beloved Aunt's death by not recognizing the signs of a stroke--she also had a stage 4 bedsore caused by their laziness. Their staff neglects the patients--the resident has no dignity and they make sure their patients become dependent on them for everything. It is appalling! DO NOT let your loved one stay at this nursing home--they should be SHUT DOWN!!!

I totally agree with your post. My mom was there and the care was disgusting. They are short staffed and could care less about the needs of the patients ! It should be shut down ASAP !!
The facility is short-staffed and the workers are unhappy with work conditions and pay. Some of the staff neglects the patients and/or hide from work. Residents wait endlessly for assistance. I have a loved one there (not by choice) and she is afraid to speak up because she believes she will be punished by the staff. By punished she means the staff will leave her waiting for assistance, waiting for pain medicine, and have an attitude with her.
I agree. It blows.
