Review of The Grand Rehabilitation and Nursing at Chittenango

My brother was admitted to Stonehedge 3 weeks ago after an extensive hospital stay. He had pressure sores that were almost healed when he arrived. Stonehedge was selected because it was one of two area facilities that had a wound-vac, a device that promotes healing. The wound-vac malfunctioned for a week and the staff could not resolve the issue. The nurses saw that he had developed an infection and treated it with topical antibiotics. They never suggested he visit a doctor. He made an appointment on his own. The doctor took one look , admitted him to the ICU at St. Joes, and administred two powerful antibiotics intravenously. My brother died one week later of an untreatable infection that infiltrated to his bones. The entire staff is incompetent.
