Review of Buffalo Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing

If I could give this facility less than 1 star, I would have. Majority of staff is super lazy especially on the 4th floor. The majority of the time I would arrive to find my grandfather eating his own feces. His room is almost never clean, the residents bathroom is absolutely gross, the whole floor smells of urine. It is this bad, and they know our family visits twice a day, every day….you would think they would be on their best behavior. Numerous complaints, and staff meetings held and nothing will ever change. Thank goodness we come to see him twice a day, I would hate to think of what would happen to him if we didn't. We would move him but no one else will take his insurance ( he has Alzheimer' s Disease). Major neglect & abuse of residents/patients. Just So Sad
