place was filty, smells like urine, rooms are very clean, physical therapists are lazy to do there work more talking between each other, nurses are not bad, SW not good at all, if you have a choice do not go there

I sorry to hear the there was a delinquency in the rehabilitation and for the (inexcusable) cleanness during your last visit to Shore View. Although we cannot change the past, I would just like to make you aware that the entire facility has undergone a total makeover (following the devastating super storm sandy).
I would be more then happy to give you a tour of the beautifully renovated facility and introduce you to the new Rehabilitation director who makes sure that the care and therapy given to patients is nothing less then top notch.
