Poor C.N.A. staffing. Poor comunication between social work department. Personal items lifted from resident's room: Denial of replacement, on techecalities. Response from Nurse Supervisors,very poor. Response to complaints from residence, very poor. Linen used for residents care, sometimes stained with blood, fiscies, torn with wholes. Menu from kitchen, very, very, poor [ limited boring choices, week after week, after week, especially so for observant vegeterians]. Many on staff do not wear picture identifications, therefore patients do not know who they are dealing with. Highest rateing for The Brooklyn Gardens Nursing Home And Rehabilitation fascilitie, has been two stars or less, on a consistant basisis over the last several years. Wonderfull employees have left over the years because of mismanagement. There is a very high turn over rate of employees. Garbage bags, toilet tissue, sanitary plastic gloves, fall apart and are made of "CHEAPEST" materials. Nursing homes all across the nation are notoriously known to be negligent of residents in their care. This is but one example mediocre service.
