My mother received rehabilitation there after having valve replacement surgury. From the first day she arrived the care was excellent. The staff was attentive and curteous. The facility was very clean and attractive. When appointments need to be kept, TNECF arranged transport and provided someone to acommpany my mother. Even the the personnel at the front desk greeted me by name and made me feel welcome. The only minor negative incident involed a misplaced pair of shoes that had been dropped off at the front desk for delivery to the patients room. But they turned up the next day. I would recomment this facility to everyone.
