I am sorry to say that my 75 year old mother who suffered a stroke, was a patient at Putnam Ridge. I found it to be a less than adequit facility. With the exception of the therapy staff, I found the employees uninformed and not very honest… Full Review

Great activities available for the residents. Bright and airy facility. Best stafffing, cleanliness, and care available in the short term-rehab wing. Since a change in ownership not as clean in general,, less attention to detail, focus shifted… Full Review
