My father was there for short term rehab. He was left in his own soil all night on his second night. The weekend cna's are terrible gathering around the desk for hours while patients were ringing. I sat in the dining room and made sure my dad was taken care of. You have to babysit staff on the weekend or there is negect.I felt so sad for the people who had no family to speak for them.
The mon. thru fri staff are excellant . However my dad didn't receive enough rehab so after 2 weeks we took him home and he is thriving and walking great. I have seen nursing homes much worse. Visiting hrs are 24/7 so take advantage of it.
