Severely understaffed. Takes way too long for staff to respond. The staff was also clueless about the patient's health condition. When confronted, the staff rudely responded to my questions. They took my mother to the hospital after a severe infection that she developed at this place. They dropped her off and failed to notify the hospital about the condition she was in.

This just happen to my mom. They dropped her off like dirt at a hospital . She died a few hours later. They treated her awful and the family. Never call the family to tell them mom was dying. They told us she is being sent out because she had difficult breathing . They do not care about their patients treated them like they were dogs. A awful place. The hospital could not believe the condition mom was in and told a family member they drop her off and ran. They did not even know mom die until a few days later when someone from the family picked up her clothes .
